Photography has been a hobby of mine for the last 20 years. Katstorm Photography is a public display of my ventures into amateur photography. I offer a blend of creative vision, style, and bold imagery in my artwork. 

My photography lighting technique captures the true essence of a subject, bringing to life qualities often ignored by many other photographers. I'm a member of the Photographer's Workshop and I've won 1st Place and an honorary mention from Picture.com. I've had 2 photos published, 1 in "Sketches of the Eye" published February 28th, 2002, and another in "Endless Journey" published in December 2006.  

I specialize in nature's natural landscapes, the truly beautiful places that should be left untouched by human hands. I've had the privilege of being able to travel around the world and experience some of nature's most beautiful spots but have yet to find anything that rivals America's Northwest for its diversity of landscapes.

I now spend my time doing what I love, spending time with my dog, enjoying the outdoors and photography.
